Halo 3 ‘Legendary Edition’ Action Shots

Somebody from the spanish gaming forum, overpal.com, got their hands on a copy of Halo 3 - Legendary Edition. How they got it months ahead of the September 25th launch date is one the great mysteries of this world, but they did. I’m a bit surprised at the size of the helmet. There had been reports that it would be about the size of a cat head, but unless you have some mutant cat with a swolen head, the helmet is quite a bit larger than that.
The Legendary Edition will cost you $129.99, and includes the following:
- Miniature replica of Master Chief’s spartan helmet
- Behind-the-scenes look at Bungie Studios with new insights into the Halo Universe and the making of Halo 3.
- A special hi-res collection of all cinematics from Halo 1 and Halo 2 with director commentary from the Bungie Team bonus
- Community content from Red vs. Blue, This Spartan Life and Exclusive Gamer Tiles & a Theme
- Each unit will be serialized for added individuality and collectability.
For those interested, most online retailers have it available for pre-order. I suspect that it will sell out relatively quick, so if you want it, I’d recommend getting your pre-order in soon.
